Madison was born on November 15, 1920 and passed away on Friday, April 6, 2012.
Madison was a resident of Coal City, Indiana at the time of his passing.
He was preceded in death by his wife Eloise.
Services will be at Schoppenhorst Funeral Home, in Clay City, Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at 11:00am with Myron James officiating. Burial will follow at Beech Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home Monday from 4-8pm.
