Freida was born on January 23, 1918 and passed away on Thursday, April 5, 2012.

Freida was a resident of Bloomfield, Indiana at the time of her passing.

Freida was a graduate of Bloomfield High School in 1936 and received her BS and MS degrees from Indiana University in 1940 and 1972 respectively.

She was preceded in death by her husband Jonas.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 P.M. on Monday and 9 A.M. Tuesday until the hour of service at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield. Services will be held at 10 A.M. on Tuesday at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield with Rev. Kevin Wrigley officiating. Burial will follow at Grandview Cemetery in Bloomfield.

The family wishes any donations be made to the Greene County General Hospital Foundation in Freida's name.
