Richard was born on September 14, 1921 and passed away on Saturday, July 15, 2017.

Richard was a resident of Grayville, Illinois at the time of passing.

He was a World War II Army veteran and participated in the Normandy invasion.

Visitation is 6-8 pm, Monday, July 17, at Cook Funeral Chapel in Grayville. Funeral is 10 am, Tuesday, July 18, at Cook Funeral Chapel with burial with military rites in Oak Grove Cemetery in Grayville.
